Hold Fast Maintenance provides templates that are complete, based on specifications, or existing planned maintenance systems provided by the vessel, or that the crew can complete themselves. These templates operate on the existing free software Notion. Notion has a free plan or can be upgraded to an affordable paid version if more cloud storage is required.
All the templates include pages constructed for planned maintenance tasks, completed work, inventory, job lists and defects, systems, logs, and documents. Features include automated due dates, calendar views, an easy-to-navigate dashboard, cloud-based storage, video and typed system walkthroughs, drop-down weather forecasts, embedded dropboxes, modifiable running hours, quick capture tabs, and daily checklists with automatic buttons for predictable situations.
We offer a 30 day refund on all blank templates and if you wish to swap to an integrated template from a blank template we will remove the blank template price from the quote of the integrated template cost.
OPTION 1: BLANK TEMPLATE
Purchase the blank Notion template, which includes the user-friendly layout, coded functions to automate tasks, and videos and walkthroughs illustrating how to set up and utilize the template. The template will come with a number of common classification and flag state requirements for your vessel size that can be copied, edited, or deleted.
OPTION 2: OPERATIONAL TEMPLATE FROM EXISTING PMS
Provide us with your current planned maintenance system, and we will integrate it into the system before sending it to the user. We will also make suggestions for tasks to add to the PMS. Videos and walkthroughs illustrating how to add tasks and utilize the template will be included.
OPTION 3: NEW PMS FROM SCRATCH
Fill out an online form with details of the systems utilized onboard and some information about the vessel. We will then structure an operational planned maintenance system that references requirements from manuals, flag states, and classification societies.
